5 of 5 Great product/Quick shipping January 18, 2011
Reviewer: KD from Troy, MI United States
I just purchased my house.  It has a Carrier 2017 humidifier.  I noticed that despite the unit being "on" the house was still very dry... and upon checking got the rude awakening that the previous owner had likely never replaced the pad or cleaned/serviced the unit.  The pad literally disintigrated when I touched it.  I ordered these pads from Filters4Life and also went to my local Lowes to get a intermediary replacement.  The pads from Lowes were not designed for my unit, but as I wasn't sure how long it would take to get the filters shipped, I figured that was the most conservative approach.  Long story short... my filters arrived within 1.5 days.  I have installed the pad and it fits/works perfectly!  I am amazed at how quickly these were shipped.  I would not hesistate to order from this site again.

3 of 5 Humidifier Pads November 13, 2009

I've had a Bryant humidifier for roughly eighly years. I initially tried cleaning the pad by soaking it, which became a waste of time and effort. I have to utilize your pads and replace once per season and they work really well.

4 of 5 Better than the fabric pads November 13, 2008
Reviewer: Dan  Hohnstadt from Shelby Twp, MI United States
I've had one of these in my furnace for about 8 years - haven't done a thing with it.   I took it out to clean it, and it had some lime build-up on it, but other than that, was fine. I tried to clean it by soaking it in vinegar water (which the instructions said to do).  The frame broke at the bottom corner, where 2  holes were drilled.  But for only having to replace once in 8 years, with little maintenance in between, I'm happy.  And it doesn't smell as the fabric ones did.
